Your data is not our training data. We would rather tell you exactly where your information sits and what happens to it than describe it as enterprise-grade and leave you to guess.
Mattingly does not hold a formal information security certification today. We are working towards one, and we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.

The controls
Built for a business, not a single user
A tool that everyone sees the same way is fine for one person and wrong for a company. These are the controls that make it usable across a business.
Permissions
Access by user, group and role. A site manager and a financial controller can be given genuinely different views of the same business.
Encryption
Encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest. Not an option you have to turn on.
Our own models
Custom models hosted by Mattingly. Your questions are not forwarded to a third-party AI provider.
Audit
Optional logging so you can see what was asked and answered, if your governance needs it.
Deletion
Your data can be deleted on request. You own it, so that is your call and not a favour.
No autonomy
HeyMi responds and recommends. It does not go and change things in your business systems.

No. Your data is not used to train AI models and is not shared with any external AI provider. Your data is not our training data.
By user, group and role. Two people in the same business can be permitted to see different information, so finance detail and site detail do not have to be available to everyone who has a login.
Yes, in transit and at rest. You also control how long conversation history is kept, and an administrator logging and audit trail is available if you want one.
