HeyMi is a private AI assistant for Australian businesses. It works with your own information — your P&L, contracts, tenders, board papers and operational data — to help with analysis, comparison, drafting, contract review, forecasting and management decisions. It is hosted in Sydney and runs on models Mattingly hosts itself.
No. Your data is never used to train AI models, public or otherwise. It is used to answer your questions and nothing else. You own your data, and it can be deleted on request.
Yes. Access is controlled by user, group and role, and information permissions can differ between people. A site manager and a financial controller can be given genuinely different views of the same business.
No. HeyMi responds and recommends. It does not act autonomously inside your business systems. A person decides what happens next, and accountability stays with your people.
The first useful answers usually come within the first few weeks. We start by connecting the small number of sources that answer your real questions instead of trying to ingest everything the business owns, which is what makes the early weeks productive.
Pricing is set after an initial conversation, because it depends on how many people use it and what it needs to connect to. That conversation is with a senior operator and carries no obligation.
No. None of them. HeyMi runs models that Mattingly hosts and operates inside its own environment in Sydney. Your questions and your data are not sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS Bedrock or any other external AI provider’s API. AWS provides the underlying infrastructure, the same way it would for any Australian-hosted application, but no external AI service sits in the path of your question.
No. A wrapper passes your question to another company’s model and returns the answer, which means your question leaves the environment. HeyMi does not do that. The model runs inside Mattingly’s own environment in Sydney, which is what makes it possible to say that your data does not leave Australia and is not used to train anything.
No. HeyMi works on its own. Better data does make better answers, so some businesses run the two together, but HeyMi does not require Data Mi and there is no sequence you have to follow.
